I am very pleased to be taking this project on-site with construction works now well underway. A complex 18-unit infill development situated in Blackpool, this project comprises both conservation and new build elements and was brought to planning approval stage by Chris Ralphs of Mulcahy Ralphs Architects. This scheme will be delivered by Summertime Developments in conjunction with Cork City Council under the 'Housing for All' plan.
